WARRANTY

At Access Automotive, we believe in providing extra peace of mind with every vehicle purchase. That’s why we offer an Extended Warranty Program, designed to protect your investment and keep you driving with confidence.

We include a complimentary 3-month / 3,000-mile extended Powertrain warranty on select vehicles — at no additional cost, as long as no price negotiations are made. This added value ranges between $500 to $1,000, depending on the year, make, and model of the vehicle.

If you’d like more protection beyond the included coverage, we offer the following extended warranty terms:

• 6 months / 6,000 miles
• 12 months / 12,000 miles
• 24 months / 24,000 miles

When you choose to extend your coverage, Access Automotive will still cover the 3-month / 3,000-mile portion (if no negotiations were made). You only pay the difference — and we’ll even cover part of the extended warranty cost to help keep it affordable.

Looking for enhanced protection? You’re welcome to upgrade from Powertrain to Powertrain Plus. While this upgrade does come at a higher cost, we’ll still cover the Powertrain portion of the 3-month / 3,000-mile included warranty — even when upgrading — to help reduce your overall cost.

All of our extended warranty options, including the complimentary 3-month / 3,000-mile coverage, are fully transferable to a new owner if you decide to sell your vehicle. This can significantly increase the resale value, giving potential buyers greater confidence and added peace of mind.

ENGINE:

Electric Drive Motors, cylinder block, cylinder heads, and all internally lubricated parts including:

• Pistons, piston pins, piston rings
• Connecting rods & bearings, crankshaft & main bearings
• Camshaft and lifters/followers (cleaning-only not covered)
• Intake/exhaust valves, push rods, rocker arms/shafts
• Timing chains/belts (preventive replacements not covered)
• Valve train covers, intake/exhaust manifolds, flywheel
• Oil pump, oil pan, water pump, internal engine sensors

The engine block, cylinder heads, and turbo/supercharger housings are covered if damaged due to a listed part failure.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:

Covers the case and all internally lubricated parts including:

• Planetary gear systems, clutch/steel packs, drums, bands
• Internal seals, pump, valve body, internal solenoids/sensors
• Overrunning clutches, torque converter, and housing

STANDARD TRANSMISSION:

Covers the case and internally lubricated parts such as:

• Input/output shafts, idler shafts, main shaft, internal gears
• Shift forks, synchronizer assemblies

Clutch assemblies, linkages, and hydraulic units not covered.

TRANSFER CASE:

Covers all internally lubricated parts (if coverage is selected and surcharge is paid).

DIFFERENTIAL:

Covers front/rear housing and all internal parts (excludes wheel bearings). Driveshaft U-joints included.
CV joints and wheel bearings are not covered.

LABOR:

Labor is covered up to $125/hour (or up to $175/hour with surcharge), based on AllData or Mitchell labor guides.

SEALS & GASKETS:

Covers replacement of leaking seals/gaskets (excluding minor seepage or vacuum leaks).

Powertrain Plus covers everything included in the standard Powertrain warranty — and adds even more component protection.

This is the best choice for customers who want broader coverage and peace of mind on critical systems beyond just the engine and transmission.

• Note: Boot failure or any damage resulting from boot failure is NOT covered
